Many trees were downed by Hurricanes Charley, Frances, and Jeanne. Roofs/buildings, the isolation pen, and fencing were destroyed by Hurricane Charley. Repaired roofs and fencing, along with many pens, were destroyed and/or damaged by Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne.

Juan Echagarrua --- $3,000 --- $220 10/15/04 Two large pens and one 1/2-acre exercise pen were destroyed, and trees were downed during Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. Prolonged power outages are resulting in the need to purchase bottled water for all animals (well pumps are electric).

Thom Whaley 12/5/04 $1,500 $250 --- 12/7/04 All pens (for his personal animals and rescues) were completely destroyed by Hurricane Ivan.

Hurricanes Charley and Frances damaged most pens. All pens (including repaired pens) were damaged/destroyed by Hurricane Jeanne. Two pole barn roofs (located above the pens) were destroyed during Hurricane Jeanne.

Cheryl Adams --- --- $250 --- 9/2/05 Cheryl lives in Kenner, LA, and her entire house was destroyed by flood waters as a result of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. She evacuated prior to the storm and is currently living in Texas.
Jerry Mills --- --- --- $750 10/11/05 Some of Jerry's kennels sustained damage during Hurricane Rita. He also had other hurricane-related expenses involving his animals.
Shy Wolf Sanctuary --- $1,100 $250 --- 12/6/05 Removal of trees partially uprooted by hurricane and threatening enclosure fencing.
Lake County Animal Shelter --- --- $250 --- 2/1/07 Storms flooded most of the county, including the shelter; donation was for food, crates, and temporary housing for the animals.
Vicki Spencer --- --- $250 --- 6/10/08 Fires devastated central Florida, and Vicki sustained damage to structures.
Jerry Mills --- --- --- $920 9/20/08 Jerry's home and most of his kennels were destroyed by flood waters from Hurricane Ike.
