Florida Animal Control Association's Policy Statement
(April 2004)
FACA is opposed to the keeping, breeding, or selling of wolves or
wolf-hybrids. They are unsuited as family pets due to the large number of
human fatalities associated with their keeping. Additionally, there is no
approved rabies vaccine available for these animals. FACA is opposed to the
