Saturday: 1 May 2004 9:30 AM-10:00 AM	Setup	Volunteers help to set up the tables and chairs and the registration booth
Saturday: 1 May 2004 10:00 AM-until	Registration	Sign in and pick up name tags
Saturday: 1 May 2004 10:30 AM-11:00 AM	Complimentary Continental Breakfast	Food and coffee for everyone
Saturday: 1 May 2004 11:00 AM-11:15 PM	Introductions & Opening Statements: FLA Board of Directors	President’s Comments, Treasurer’s Report, Introduction of Directors, and Q & A Time
Saturday: 1 May 2004 11:15 AM-12:15 PM	Fun Dog Show	Bring your wolfdogs and allow them to be judged on furriest, biggest feet or teeth, prettiest, wolfiest, etc. There is a $15 entry fee per animal for non-members. All participants must register their animals.
Saturday: 1 May 2004 12:30 PM-1:30 PM	Presentation: “Wolf Reintroduction & Seacrest Wolf Preserve” by Cynthia Watkins	Wolf reintroduction efforts in the United States and the Seacrest Wolf Preserve
Saturday: 1 May 2004 1:30 PM-2:15 PM	Lunch & Critter Break	Catered lunch from campground’s restaurant, Knife, Fork N’ Spoon
Saturday: 1 May 2004 2:15 PM-3:15 PM	FLA Annual Meeting & Elections	Florida Lupine Association’s Annual Meeting & election of Directors for 2003-2005 term
Saturday: 1 May 2004 3:15 PM-3:30 PM	Dog Show Winners Announced	Awards handed out to winners of the dog show
Saturday: 1 May 2004 3:30 PM-3:45 PM	Critter & People Break	Relieve the critters and ourselves
Saturday: 1 May 2004 3:45 PM-5:00 PM	Auction & Raffle Drawing	Fund Raising Events: Please help us to help wolfdogs and their owners; bring an item to auction!!
Saturday: 1 May 2004 6:00 PM-until	Dinner, Bonfire & Socializing	People needed to bring a potluck dinner item. Please contact Melissa at info@floridalupine.org or 352-238-1104 and let her know what you can bring.
Sunday: 2 May 2004 9:00 AM-11:00 PM	Breakfast, Picture Taking, Packing up & Check-out Time	We hope you enjoyed your weekend & have a safe drive home. ‘Til next year...
