Only legitimately registered organizations will be approved to use the Seal since the purpose of the Seal is to link organizations. Organizations wishing to display the Seal on their websites must provide their Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) if in the U.S., or the equivalent of the EIN for international organizations. To submit your organization for approval, send an e-mail to Florida Lupine Association (FLA) containing your organization's EIN (or equivalent), Mission Statement, and the URL for your website. FLA and LL will then review your submission to determine if your organization qualifies as a "Pro-Wolfdog Organization."

The approval of the use of this Seal and the link are in, but not limited to, recognition of the officially stated aims and objectives of the participating organizations. However, if any individual, group or entity feels that an organization displaying this Seal is not performing in the best interests of the wolfdog, such concerns and appropriate documentation should be sent to FLA; the matter will then be reviewed. FLA reserves the right to deny or revoke approval of any organization to use this Seal. Such denial can apply to, but may not be limited to, any organization that supports or condones animal abuse and/or zoophilia.

FLA assumes no responsibility or liability for the operations of any organization authorized to display this Seal on its website. Furthermore, FLA assumes no liability for actions taken or omitted by any organization approved to display this Seal.
